Leaked and Released Jerseys of the 2020-21 season from the Premier League - Kit Review!

Football in most countries has come to the end of the season. Fans are left with two options - complain and wait till the next set of fixtures are announced, and to feel excited as all clubs start dropping their kit concepts and styles for the upcoming season. I choose to feel excited. Here, we will take an analytical view of major kit releases and leaks and rate them.

Arsenal

Only the Arsenal home jersey has been officially released by their representatives yet, the away jersey is a leak.

Home

A nice deep red colour, over which an interesting pattern that captures the viewer's interest. The sleeve and its trim look nice, and overall, it's a great improvement from the 2019-20 kit. Very fresh.
Rating - 9/10

Away

I have one word for this kit - gruesome. An absolute disaster and a look from a murder scene. One of the worse ideas to come from the Adidas drawing board.
Rating - 2/10

Aston Villa

There are no releases/leaks regarding the Aston Villa kits so far.

Brighton

Home

Nike has almost made a whole gamble with the Brighton and Hove Albion kit by almost completely eliminating the secondary colour, white, from the jerseys. There's a new collar and the sleeve trims add a more smart look. It's safe to say that Nike's gamble has paid off and this kit is a thing of beauty.
Rating - 8/10

Burnley

Neither the home jersey nor the away jersey has been released so far. However, there has been a leaked home kit.

Home

A nice looking kit, with a new collar type and sleeves. Does sort of confuses me with West Ham and Aston Villa's kits as they have similar colour palettes.
Rating - 7/10

Chelsea
Only the home and away kits have been officially revealed so far. However, the third kit has been leaked by a few sources.

Home

The colour scheme blew my mind. The pattern in the background is great. The darker sleeve trims and the collars look nice. Poor choice of the main sponsor, though. Doesn't really compliment the jersey and decreases its quality in my opinion.
Rating - 7.5/10

Away

Another Chelsea kit with a great colour scheme. The pattern on the background looks nice and the collar and sleeve trim of a darker shade has been incorporated quite well. The 3 looks nice in this kit, too. One of the best kits of the Premier League.

Rating - 9.5/10

Third
The addition of red to a Chelsea kit is a peculiar move as many of their fiercest rivals proud themselves on wearing red. I, though, am a great fan, especially since the blue fades into the red. Unfortunately, can be confused for a Crystal Palace kit.
Rating - 7/10

Crystal Palace

There has been no kit reveal for any Crystal Palace kit. There aren't any leaks, either.

Everton

Only the home kit has been revealed so far. Thankfully home kits for the goalkeeper, too, were revealed.

Home
Can we just take a second to admire how well Hummel has designed this absolute beauty of a jersey they have designed? Similar colours to those of Chelsea's home kit, but the differences between the two jerseys make this one better. The design on the shoulders, the pattern on the background, the sleeve trim and a better main sponsors design.
Rating - 9.5/10

Home Goalkeeper
WOW.
Rating - 8/10

Leeds
No jersey has been unveiled yet, but leaked pictures and concept pictures suggest a switch from Kappa to Adidas as the giants come back to the Premier League
Similar to what they've been wearing all these years in the Championship, but the Adidas logo suits them better. The away jersey certainly looks a lot better. Simple, but classy.
Overall Rating - 7/10

Leicester City
Only the home outfield and goalkeeper jerseys have been unveiled so far, with leaks for the away jersey available.
Home and Home Goalkeeper
The unveiling of a new sponsor, Thailand Smiles With You, occupies a majority of the front, but I have no complaints. The sleeve trims look too nice and the goalkeeper's grey looks unbelievable.
Overall Rating - 8.5/10

Away
It's a pretty regular jersey and something we'll be seeing quite often due to Leeds similar home jersey.
Rating - 6/10

Liverpool
Only the home outfield and home goalkeeper jerseys have been revealed by Nike. Leaks are available for away and third kits.
Home

After months of speculation regarding how the Liverpool x Nike partnership would work, we are presented with kits that are definitely better than what New Balance provided with. The white/green collar and similar sleeve trim. The white sides, and finally, a Nike logo. The goalie kit is a patterned black.
Overall Rating - 9/10

Away
Though a leak, its something that Liverpool fans are hoping would be released. The pattern of light blue and ocean blue seems nice and all logos in black make it better.
Rating - 9.5/10

Third
Nike has produced another brilliant black jersey after Barcelona's away jersey if this, too is released. The checks in the background work well with the pink sleeve trim and sponsors.
Rating - 8.5/10

Manchester City
Only the home jersey is out yet, though there are images for leaked away and third kits.

Home
Similar colour, different jersey. The back of the collar has a nice white colour, matching the colour of the background. A darker blue is seen on the Puma logo and the Etihad logo.
Rating - 8/10

Away
If this leak is taken to be the real jersey, Manchester City fans will be overjoyed because the pattern in the background and the gold detailing is too much to handle.
Rating - 9.5/10

Third
I don't really like it. Puma is trying to convey something with each kit, but after looking at the first two kits, a simple one-coloured kit would look best and this jersey just confuses me.
Rating - 5/10

Manchester United
No official kit for Manchester United has been released yet, but fans have been shown leaks for all three kits.

Home
Upon first look, you'll like it a lot. Then you'll take a closer look, and your opinions still don't change. Such is this Manchester United strip, it's hard to dislike. The golden-black horizontal streaks are lovely to look at and a simple jersey stays simple and nice.
Rating - 9/10

Away
The black certainly seems nice and with the pattern below all the logos add a nice feel to this jersey. The stripes on the shoulder add an elegant look, too.
Rating - 8/10

Third
    No, I don't like it.
Rating - 3/10

Newcastle United
No leaks or releases for any Newcastle United jersey has happened so far.

Sheffield United
No leaks or releases for any Sheffield United jersey has happened so far.

Southampton
Neither leaks nor any releases have taken place for away jerseys, while home and third jerseys have been released.

Home

Nice. The diagonal slash adds great excitement in the jersey. Moreover, the collar trims and the collar give the strip more depth. The Under Armour and LD Sports logos are in black, while the Southampton logo is enclosed in white.
Rating - 9/10

Third
Similar to the home kit, exceptions - slash is on the opposite side, the primary colour and the colour of the slash have been swapped, the colours of the sleeve trims and collars are red and the Under Armour and LD Sports logo are golden.
Rating - 9/10

    Tottenham Hotspurs
Home and away jerseys have been released, the third kit has not been released but is rumoured to be yellow.

Home
A nice play on their white kit, with a pattern on the background. A nice collar and good designs on the sleeves.
Rating - 8/10

Away
No, absolutely not. This jersey just doesn't work with me. Not the best shade of green and certainly not paired with the streak on the sides.
Rating - 2/10

Watford
No jersey has been released or leaked. The only information regarding their strip is that Kelme will be making their jerseys instead of Adidas.

West Ham United
Home and away jerseys have been revealed, while there is no news regarding the third kit.

Home
A take on their traditional colours but made better. The sleeves are different from the sleeve trim but similar to the colour. Similarly, the sleeve trim is the same as the colour of the body. Umbro has come up with a great jersey to celebrate West Ham's 125th anniversary year.
Rating - 8.5/10

Away
Wow. The colour scheme works great together, and this is certainly something you can wear when you're celebrating the 125th year of existence of your club.
Rating - 9.5/10

West Bromwich Albion
Only the home kit has been released so far, celebrating their promotion to the Premier League.

Home
It's a nice jersey with just the right number of stripes. I love it and it seems right to be worn on a stage as big as the Premier League.
Rating - 7/10

Wolverhampton Wanderers
Only home kits have been released so far.

Home

It's a new colour to a reputed Wolves side. Literally. A change from their typical yellow, Adidas gets a darker shade of yellow. Black shoulder stripes and elastic sleeves. What's not to love?
Rating - 8.5/10
